It seems the removal of lootboxes from Star Wars Battlefront II before release was a wise choice and it calmed down all the angry voices .
Usa Sony Interactive Entertainment reported the November's downloads for PS4 and the Star Wars Battlefront II was second as you can be informed from the official Usa Playstation blog
I have a feeling , if the lootboxes's system in SWBII had never included the items with stats and gear (weapons and abilities) , the backlash against EA would never happened and the Star Wars Battlefront II would sell better than the first Battlefront at release day.
Also, Star Wars Battlefront II will be on the TOP for the month of December in this PS4 list and for the next 6 months , because the game has solid foundations (extremely beautiful textures and light game engine) and the Star Wars ip has a huge fan-base !

Let's hope EA's administration learned something from the backlash against SWBII and the new system will come restricted to cosmetics items and only !
